These Terms govern your use of the CallHand website (gocallhand.com) and the CallHand service. CallHand is operated by Startup Sales Consulting LLC ("CallHand," "we," "us"). By joining our pilot list or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

CallHand provides AI-powered answering of inbound telephone calls for your business, including capturing job and message details, sending text message summaries to your registered mobile number, and maintaining a log of calls with recordings and transcripts. The service is currently offered as a pilot program and features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued during the pilot.

Accounts and eligibility

The service is offered to businesses, not consumers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for all activity on your account.

Accuracy of summaries

CallHand uses artificial intelligence to transcribe calls and extract job details. AI-generated summaries and transcripts may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying critical details (locations, deadlines, load specifications, callback numbers) before acting on them, using the call recording available in your job log. CallHand does not make pricing, availability, or service commitments to your callers on your behalf.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from CallHand related to your account and the pilot program. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages may limit core functionality of the service, since summaries are delivered by text.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Comply with any call recording notice requirements that apply to your business and your callers.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Fees

Pilot pricing, if any, will be agreed with you in writing before you are charged. We will not charge you without your agreement.

Intellectual property

CallHand and its underlying technology are owned by us. Your business information and the content of your calls remain yours; you grant us a license to process them solely to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Telephone networks, carriers, and third-party providers are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallHand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost business, or missed jobs, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the pilot or your access at any time with notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms during the pilot. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or text. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
